Welcome one and all to
Bordermarch Autumn Melees
BAM -Nov. 18-21, 2010
Jump to: Event Steward, Merchant/Tavern Steward, Bardic, Hafla, Site Fees or Policies
What's NEW this year:
Electricity: Is VERY limited on our site. There are 7 RV plugs available. 4 will have 30 feet by 80 feet of land allocated for larger groups at $40 for the whole plug. 3 will be divided into 4 areas of 15 feet by 40 feet at $10 each. $40 for Electricity- the whole box is yours and you won't have to share. These 16 available electrical spots will be sold through ACCEPS. We expect that these will sell out quickly. ACCEPS should be open in the middle of September.
Gate: has moved just inside the fence. See site maps. Site owner wants no one entering site until they have paid at gate.
UPDATES:
Site opens at Noon on Thursday
Closes Sunday at Noon.
Any and all help on Sunday, packing up site and event clean-up will be greatly appreciated. Meet at the BFT Sunday morning to get on a work crew. Thanks!
Notes about “reserving space” and Electricity:
Bordermarch has held land allocation at site
as a first come, first grab basis.
We have plenty of land for camping with water available through-out the site.
After Site opens, You may still set-up camps for friends and family coming later.
-Roping off empty camping areas is not allowed, camp sites are on a first come basis.
Electricity
is only active/available along the first row.
All the electricity on
site is through 30amp RV plugs- so you will need an RV adaptor. ---------->
Electric Access is
through 30amp RV plugs that you need to
have an RV adaptor to plug a regular extension cord into.
Wal-Mart generally
has these in the camping section.
Those electrical sites will be sold through ACCEPS this year..
All camping on the first row will be assigned at Gate -
either as an electrical site, a Merchant or a Tavern.
-Camping is restricted to Merchants and Taverns in the
area
of the BFT and Merchants Row.
This is more then half of the first row of camp sites- see site map
Fires will be allowed in containers or fire rings. Please be careful and keep an eye on sparks and ambers.
remember: The Site Owner does not want "Fire Pits" dug in the campgrounds or open ground fires.
